Vivo is known as a reputed brand in India when it comes to smartphones. It always comes with something unique, interesting, and the latest technologies. In the month of September 2022, the brand launched another 4G smartphone- Vivo Y22. It falls in the low-budget segment of the market and is packed with a number of features.

However, not everything is positive about this newly launched device. Further in the blog, we will be discussing all the positive and negative points of this Vivo Y22 in detail to give you a clearer vision. This analytical blog will help you understand ultimately whether to buy this 4G device or not.

The Good Aspects:

Camera: Vivo has been appreciated by its consumers always for providing a good camera feature. In this Y22 device, the brand seems to carry the same tradition again. It has a dual camera setup on the backside with a 50MP primary rear lens and a 2MP front camera. It has a rear flash too that gives you a better photography experience at night.

Processor: This smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G70 octa-core chipset, running with a clock speed of 2GHz. This chipset is known for providing a fluent, strong, flawless, and smooth performance profile to the device. Thus, this device can be trusted in the terms of performance. In addition, this processor is a gaming-optimized chipset. However, not meant for heavy graphics-oriented games, but obviously for smooth moderate gaming.

Battery: The 5000 mAh battery capacity with 18W charging support is just the perfect thing for a smartphone like this. You would never want your phone to cry for a charging port while you are playing a game or watching your favourite movie. This is why a durable device is always a good choice where the Vivo Y22 fits fine.

Design: This smartphone has a typical Vivo design which has been loved by people over time. This 190-gm weighing device doesn’t feel heavy in your palm while using it for longer times. In addition, it looks fabulous in Metaverse Green colour.

The Shortcomings:

Display: Though the 6.55-inch HD Plus display is not bad, consumers might feel a little understated about this configuration. Other devices in this price range are equipped with either an AMOLED display or at least IPS LCD. Whereas this Vivo device does not offer any of them.

Storage: It has 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal space. The external space can be extended up to 1TB which is a great thing. But again, similar to the display section, this also sounds a little lesser. While this device has a good camera section, it will motivate people to click more pictures and shoot more videos. As a result, 64GB won’t be enough. At the same time, 4GB RAM might not be a comfortable aspect for multiple gaming too.

Price: Considering the above two points, 15 thousand for this smartphone seems a little higher. It could be better at a cost of around 12 thousand.

Now, you have the entire analysis of this new Vivo Y22 4G smartphone, powered by the MediaTek Helio G70 chipset. Hopefully, this blog would help you decide if this device deserves your
