Vivo smartphones are not only trendy and stylish looking but they also carry some really good specs and features which offer good value for your money. The Vivo Y21G is also one of the good ones from Vivo and is part of the brand’s budget Y-smartphone series in India. Key features of the smartphone include a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging and Android 11-based FuntouchOS 11. The newly launched Vivo Y21G smartphone carries a price tag of Rs 13,999 for the single 4GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration. The smartphone is available in two beautiful colour options of Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow colours.

Now coming to the specs- in terms of display, the Vivo Y21G comes with a 6.51-inch LCD screen with HD+ (1600×720 pixel) resolution and a waterdrop-style notch that houses the single selfie camera. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s octa-core Helio G70 chipset which is paired with 4GB of RAM and offers 64GB of storage. The RAM and the Helio chipset together will also assist well in gaming as the Helio G70 is a pretty decent gaming chipset. The 4GB RAM and the in built storage seems adequate to handle everyday tasks and offer a good overall user experience.

In the camera department, Vivo has offered two cameras on the back and a single front camera for your selfies and video chats. The rear camera module is pretty modest but we also have to consider that this is a budget device and for that it’s not bad. There is a 13-megapixel primary camera accompanied by a 2-megapixel secondary camera. At the front, we get an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The camera on the Vivo Y21G comes bundled with modes like Video, Pano, Live Photo, Time-Lapse, Pro, and DOC.
