The Vivo Y33S was launched recently and I think the smartphone has a lot of potential when it comes to its specifications. For the mid-range segment, the Vivo Y33S has a good set of specs, be it in processing power or battery and most especially cameras. The smartphone is offered in a single storage variant of 8GB RAM with 128GB of internal storage and it is priced at a starting of Rs. 17,990. Let us have a look at all the technical specs in this Vivo smartphone.

Display and build- The smartphone was launched in two distinct colour options of Midday Dream and Mirror Black. The display of the Vivo Y33s has thick bezels all around and a notch for the selfie camera. The smartphone features a 6.58-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,408 pixels) LCD display and runs Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11. In terms of dimensions, it measures 164.26x76.08x8mm and weighs 182 grams.

Processing power- The Vivo Y33S is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 4GB of extended RAM. It also comes with 128GB of storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 1TB) via a dedicated slot. The Y33S also comes with Extended RAM 2.0 that is claimed to use some of the phone’s inbuilt storage for RAM functions.

Battery- The Vivo Y33S smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The big battery also makes sure the overall performance is great. I especially like the battery because I like to play games on my phone and since this one already has a gaming processor from mediatek, a good battery will make the performance even more awesome with better backup.

Cameras- Vivo Y33S has a decent set of features for the price. Besides these, the Vivo Y33S also packs in a remarkable triple rear camera module with a 50MP primary sensor, which I think will have many takers. For photos and videos, the Vivo Y33S packs a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens. This is followed by a 2-megapixel macro shooter with an f/2.4 aperture, and a final 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The display of the Vivo Y33S has thick bezels all around and a notch for the selfie camera. At the front, the notch on the Vivo Y33s houses a 16-megapixel selfie shooter that has an f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity- The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo Y33s has all the regular connectivity options including dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth v5, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C port. Sensors onboard include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and gyroscope. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well as face unlock on the Vivo Y33s.

You can already see all that the Vivo Y33S has to offer and I think for the given price range, it is a decent device. I like the camera section and the overall smooth performance of the smartphone the most, along with its sleek and trendy build and solid colour options.
