Redmi Note 10S arrives… familiar yet fresh
Redmi has launched the Note 10S and whatever anyone else thinks, I think it’s a pretty good phone for a mid-range price segment. The smartphone may have some specs familiar to some ‘other’ smartphones launched not that long ago but ultimately, they are great specs and it’s a phone worth buying if you are looking to. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC and has a quad-rear camera setup. Price of the Redmi Note 10S starts at Rs 14,999 for the base 6GB + 64GB storage variant, whereas its higher 6GB + 128GB storage model carries a price tag of Rs 15,999.
The smartphone features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED hole-punch display. The quad camera setup is my favourite thing about this phone which includes a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies there is a 13-megapixel shooter in front. Now, it’s worth noting that the primary rear camera can shoot 4K (Ultra-HD) videos at 30ps, while the front camera is capable of recording Full-HD videos at 30fps. The camera app on Redmi Note 10S comes bundled with AI portrait mode with bokeh and depth control, macro video mode, pro-time-lapse video, slow-motion, and more.
