Pros and cons of the Galaxy M32 5G
I think Samsung’s Galaxy M32 is a decent smartphone and works well for an entry-level 5G category but that isn’t to say it is all nice. Like anything really, this device also has its set of highs and then few lows. Let us take a look at the pros and cons of this device.
PROS
Performance- the features responsible for the overall performance are definitely inside the pros category. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage which is further expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. Along with the powerful processor integrated with the smartphone, Galaxy M32 5G also packs in a big 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
Cameras- For photos and videos, the Galaxy M32 5G packs a quad rear camera setup headlined by a 48-megapixel primary sensor that is accompanied by an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, the phone comes with a 13-megapixel selfie shooter housed in the notch.
Connectivity- The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G is the first Dimensity 720 powered smartphone in India. The smartphone supports 12 5G bands and comes with Samsung’s Knox security built-in. The company is touting Dolby Atmos support on wired and Bluetooth headsets.
CONS
Display- Galaxy M32 5G features a notched 6.5-inch HD+ TFT Infinity-V IPS LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate. I think for all intents and purposes, users would have preferred an AMOLED display for a 20k price point at max and this may come as a disappointment to some people.
Price- It’s not that steep but to be honest the 20k bracket is extremely competitive and there are a number of other devices with better features and lower price points. The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G is priced at Rs. 20,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model, and Rs. 22,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model.
