No time to exercise? Try these small tricks in between work
I have been getting no time to exercise lately and as a result my back hurts like hell. It gets very hard especially if you have to sit behind a computer most of the day for work and then by the time you finish you have literally no energy to do anything other than fall face first on the bed and sleep till oblivion. But I have started squeezing in little movements and exercises in between my work as that is the only way for me. If you have the time, unlike me, then I would suggest getting up early and dedicating a good thirty minutes at least for some physical exercise. And if you have no time, like me, you may follow through with these.
Take 10-minute breaks- In between working, take breaks, get up from your desk, walk around and stretch as much as you can.
Change positions- Don’t sit still in the same position for too long. If you do this you will probably end up having a stiff back for days. Instead try to sit in different places of the house if that’s possible. It really helped me.
Get a good chair- A good, comfy, high back chair can be the best thing for your suffering back. Make sure it isn’t too low and has a nice back rest so that you don’t stoop.
I have these will help you if you are also not finding time to take care of yourself properly.
