New phone alert: Micromax In Note 1
Micromax has finally launched its new ‘In’ series in the country. There has been a lot of build up and anticipation leading up to the launch of the new series. This marks the official comeback of Micromax in the smartphone market in the country. This new series is part of the ‘Make in India’ initiative in a bid to compete and eventually remove the increasing number of phones from Chinese brands like Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo and the likes.
The new series comprises the Micromax In Note 1 and Micromax In 1b that both come with MediaTek chipsets and run on Android 10 with a “complete stock experience”, without any bloatware and ads. The brand has also promised to offer two years of software updates on the new smartphones. This comeback for the Gurugram-based company which was once a leader in the Indian mobile phone market, means a big deal.
