Infinix Smart 5: Budget Champ!

Infinix has always given us really affordable budget smartphones and the brand has done this again with their latest launch of the Infinix Smart 5 smartphone. This new release is actually refreshing as since the start of this year we have been seeing a lot of flagship launches and a lot mid-range smartphones in the market. So this new smartphone aimed at the budget segment is a nice change now. The Infinix Smart 5 is priced at just Rs. 7,199 for the sole 2GB RAM variant. There is also an additional 32GB of storage that the smartphone comes with, which many would say is not enough but considering the price I think it is a fair offer and we can’t really be complaining.

Obviously, the best part about this new budget smartphone is the massive 6000mAh battery that it comes packed with. The big battery is a really impressive addition in a smartphone that is well under the price of 10k. The big battery makes the phone weigh a bit much at 207g. The smartphone comes with a 10W charger in the box and there is also a Micro-USB port at the bottom for charging. Besides the big battery, the Infinix Smart 5 also packs in an equally big display of 6.82-inch, which I would say is remarkable considering the price!

There is a dual camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary camera and a depth sensor. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Infinix Smart 5 comes with an octa-core Mediatek Helio G25 gaming processor, which I think is a great integration. For a smartphone within such a competitive pricing, the Infinix Smart 5 is equipped with more than enough to be called a budget champ.
