The Oppo Reno6 5G came along with a lot of fuss and the Pro model of the smartphone even more. But I have a special case for the more affordable model which also marked the debut of the Dimensity 900 SoC processor in the country. The integration of the 5G processor with an 8GB RAM is what everyone is most interested in. And while I don’t deny that, in tru Oppo style, this phone also has a great set of cameras.
Let us throw a quick look at the camera specs of the Oppo Reno6 5G. For photos and videos, the smartphone packs a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel main camera. This is then followed by an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. At the front of the device, the Oppo Reno 6 5G comes with a 32-megapixel selfie camera housed in a hole-punch cutout located at the top left corner of the display.
The smartphone also has all the regular connectivity options including 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. There are also sensors onboard which include accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, Z-axis linear motor, colour temperature sensor, and gyroscope. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.
