Coolpad Cool 6: Very cool!
A new phone has launched in the Indian market recently. The Coolpad Cool 6 was introduced for the lower mid-range market. The new smartphone has been launched in India as a follow up to Coolpad Cool 5 that was released in October of last year. The new Coolpad Cool 6 the company claims boasts of some really great and some of the best advanced features for a smartphone that are suitable for high-end mobile gaming. The new pocket-friendly smartphone comes packed with a triple rear camera setup along with a pop-up module for the selfie camera in the front. The Coolpad Cool 6 is available in two storage configurations as well as two distinct colour variants. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor and has a sleek design.
The phone is priced at Rs. 10,999 in India for the 4GB RAM plus 64GB internal storage model while the higher 6GB RAM plus 128GB internal storage configuration is priced at Rs. 12,999. The Coolpad Cool 6 smartphone comes with up to 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card through a dedicated slot.
The new smartphone features a 6.53-inch full-HD+ display with a 93 percent screen-to-body ratio. This is achieved because the phone does not feature any notch or hole-punch cutout in its design. In dimensions, the Coolpad Cool 6 phone measures 157x76x8mm and weighs 120 grams. It is offered in blue and silver colour options. The new smartphone is currently available for purchase on Amazon in the country. The Coolpad Cool 6 supports Nano dual-SIM and runs on Android 10. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 SoC and is paired with up to 6GB of RAM. The Helio P70 processor is known to power mid-range phones packing in a solid performance and a lag-free interface.
Now coming to the cameras and their features. For photos and videos, the Coolpad Cool 6 comes with a triple rear camera setup as was mentioned above, that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors aligned vertically with the flash at the bottom of the camera module. In the front of the device there is a 21-megapixel camera for selfies with an f/2.0 lens in a pop-up design that can be hidden away until you need it. There is also a fingerprint scanner placed on the back of the phone.
In terms of connectivity options, the Coolpad Cool 6 includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG support, and a USB Type-C port for charging. The phone is backed by a 4,000mAh battery with AI Smart power management.
