Cameras are the real deal in the Redmi Note 10S

The Redmi Note 10S is fast becoming my most favourite smartphone to talk about and I’m not even complaining. I have talked about how the brilliant camera section is my favourite feature, with its 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies there is a 13-megapixel shooter in front. But let’s also see what the other additional perks we are getting with the main setup. For instance, the primary rear camera can shoot 4K (Ultra-HD) videos at 30ps, while the front camera is capable of recording Full-HD videos at 30fps. The camera app on Redmi Note 10S comes bundled with AI portrait mode with bokeh and depth control, macro video mode, pro-time-lapse video, slow-motion, and more.

Now, let’s see the display. The Redmi Note 10S features a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (FHD+), 409 PPI, 8-bit color, 1,100 nits peak brightness level, centered punch-hole, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The panel covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, features a 4,500,000:1 contrast ratio, and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer. For security, the phone supports AI Face Unlock alongside a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device is IP53-rated for splash resistance.
