A new gaming champ: Vivo Y20G

Vivo is a well known brand and it has a lot of good smartphones in the market. The brand recently launched another one- the Vivo Y20G. Now, the smartphone is like any other mid-range smartphone around 15k. But there indeed is something special. The Vivo Y20G smartphone happens to be the first Mediatek powered smartphone of the brand and I think that is something that a lot of people may not know. The Vivo Y20G is powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio G80 chipset that is, besides being a powerful gaming chipset, a really good integration. Now, for the mid-range price point, the Vivo Y20G features some really good specs that make it really worth considering. The smartphone launched on 19th January and although I have used Vivo phones in the past, I was not too sure about this. But of course, after learning about the Mediatek Helio G80 processor, I was totally on-board.

If we look into the features of this new powerful addition in the mid-range segment, there is quite a lot to be impressed with. First of all, obviously the processor. For anyone wanting a smartphone that is affordable plus offers a seamless gaming performance with a lag-free interface, the Vivo Y20G could be a good fit. The HyperEngine technology of the Mediatek chipset makes sure that you have the best gaming experience, totally worth your money. Then the build and display is also good with a 6.51-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The processor is accompanied by a 6GB RAM, with 128GB internal, plus a 5000mAh big battery. Three of these combined will make for a gaming beast for sure. I think it’s safe to say that the gaming smartphone segment keeps getting better and better.
